Zeolite belongs to the family of hydrated aluminosilicate minerals containing alkali and alkaline-earth metals.
They are well-known for their lability towards reversible dehydration and ion exchange. The main roles of Zeolite are Odour removal, Filtering, Ion exchange, Gas absorption, Catalysts, and Cation Exchange. They are widely popular as Catalyst and Adsorbent
Their framework structure encloses interconnected cavities which are occupied by molecules of water and large metal cations (i.e., positively charged ions).
MYBIA MANIFOLD strives to deliver exactly what the customer requests as we have partnered with various sources and plants where we get all the adjustments done as per the client’s need.
Mybia Manifold ensures consistent quality, control of particle size, and freedom from impurities at pocket-friendly costs.

Industries We serve:
1. FEED INDUSTRY:
Zeolite structure binds mycotoxins to its surface and ionically buffers the digestive tract. Due to surface cation exchange capacity (CEC), the product surface is polar and attracts the complex and polar mycotoxin molecules.
Our Zeolites are widely used in Poultry Feed (Livestock Feed Additive) & Pet Feed Additive. Its anti-caking agent for animal feeds with increased feed pellet durability. A strong affinity for ammonium provides superior odor control and a healthy environment. It has improved the dispersion of feed ration ingredients by reducing agglomeration.
2. AQUACULTURE:
Zeolite mineral maintains pH stability in Pond water which reduces waste and toxic substances (Ammonia) in the Pond water. It increases the survival of the crop (Fish/Shrimps) as well as increases the production capacity of shrimp. The product has been used in various ponds widely.
It also improves survival benur and absorbs undesired elements like NH4, H2S, iron, and other metals.
Usually, the doses are described as 15 kg Zeolite per acre for 4-5 depth of water or 4 gms/ 1000 liters of water. Doses are subject to variations in terms of quality of water and other locational parameters.
Zeolites are available in 200# powder as well as Granulator form in size 2-5 MM or tailor-made if bulk quantities.
3. SOIL CONDITIONER / FERTILISER ADDITIVE in AGRICULTURE
Our Zeolites are known as “Intelligent Fertilizers” due to their high cation exchange capacity and porosity. It has tremendous breakthrough possibilities and especially in Agriculture applications. It has proven the ability of a natural slow-release mechanism of nutrients to the root zone of new seeding thereby increasing the plants’ strength and performance. Our Zeolites are the most effective way to supplement root zone CEC and reduce fertilizer usage.
Zeolites are slow-release fertilizers. Plant nutrients such as nitrogen and potassium are held by the negatively charged clinoptilolite structure and released on demand. It increases nutrient retention; reduces environmental nutrient losses and reduces fertilizer requirements by establishing a replenishable and balanced nutrient supply in the plant root zone.
Advantages:
- It captures and regulates the release of nutrients (Compost and fertilizer)
- Absorbs and traps toxic containments
- Provides buffering capacity by balancing soil pH
- Reduces alkalinity effects
- Improves aeration
- Provides an excellent platform for microbiological activity
- Promotes alkali metal equilibrium
- Improved root development
- Retains moisture
- 100% natural farming operation
- Holds nitrogen in the soil, moderate nitrification of ammonia and make it available to plants as needed.
How to use:
- Zeolite is simply applied at a rate of only 15 to 20% (by weight) along with your current fertilizer (ie: simply replace 15-20% of your fertilizer with Zeolite), The cost of Zeolite is less than your current fertilizer and therefore it does not add to the bottom-line input cost/acre.
- For top dressing, approximately 30 to 60 kgs should be applied per 1000 sq ft or 1200 to 2500 kg per acre
- To enhance aerification after plugging, apply 60 to 150 kg per 1000 sq ft or 2500 to 6500 kgs per acre
- Zeolite can be spread by had broadcasting, using a manure spreader or by other devices.
- Ploughing Zeolite in, places it deeper than necessary. After its application, the area must be irrigated, because fresh Zeolite will absorb moisture from the surrounding soil and can result in dehydration of the plants or grasses.
- For crops and grasses successful improvements have been realized with as little as 3.0 Ton per acre. Generally, 6-12 tons per acre are applied depending on the composition of the soil being treated.
4. AGRICULTURE:
- Zeolite in agriculture improves the efficiency of used fertilizers, thus promotes better plant growth and consequently enhances the yield.
- This mineral used in the amount of 4 to 10 kg/tree, can contribute to a better new orchard establishment.
- Zeolites are used successfully in the cultivation of a wide variety of crops including cereals, vegetables, grapes and other fruits
- Zeolite added to fertilizers help to retain nutrients and, therefore, improving the long-term soil quality by enhancing its absorption ability.
- Large losses of fertilizers which move out of the root zone (leaching) often happen in sandy soils, which lose their capability to retain high nutrient levels. Therefore, an application of Zeolite will enhance the plant growth and development by reducing the loss of nutrients.
- It contains the most important plant nutrients such a nitrogen (n) and potassium (k) and also calcium, magnesium and microelements.
5. WASTEWATER TREATMENT:
Zeolites contribute to a cleaner, safer environment in a great number of ways. In fact, nearly every application of Zeolites has been driven by environmental concerns and plays a significant role in reducing toxic waste.
Our Zeolites highly porous structure captures particulate contamination down to 4 microns in size
